What we provide#
This website (trckable.com), the documentation (docs.trckable.com) and trckable Cloud, the hosted service at cloud.trckable.com. The trckable software you run yourself is open source, under AGPL-3.0 for the server and dashboard and MIT for the tracker and the npm package.
Orders and payments#
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. It takes the payment, sends your receipt and invoice, and collects and pays any tax due.
How plans, billing and refunds work is in the terms and the refund policy.
Governing law#
The laws of Albania apply, and disputes go to the competent courts of Tirana. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
