Refund policy

A payment of the last 14 days#

If trckable Cloud is not right for you, delete your account within 14 days of a payment. That payment is refunded to you in full, automatically. It applies to monthly and yearly plans, and to every payment: the first, a renewal, or one for a bigger plan. It is made once per account: if you restore a deleted account and delete it again later, the refund of the last 14 days is not made a second time, and the yearly rule below applies.

Yearly plans#

After those 14 days, if you delete your account while a yearly plan is running, the whole months you have not used are refunded to you automatically, of what you paid for them. A payment for a bigger plan made during the year counts by the months it covered.

Monthly plans#

Cancelling stops the next payment and does not refund the last one. Your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for, and after the first 14 days that month is not refunded. A payment of the last 14 days comes back when you delete your account or ask us by email.

How to ask#

Either delete your account, which needs nothing else, or email support@trckable.com from your account's address and ask for the refund. You do not have to delete your account first. The same rules apply, and we stop the plan and refund the payment. Your data is not deleted by the refund: it stays for the usual period after a plan ends, so you can ask us for it as one file within that time.

If something about a payment looks wrong, email the same address, or reply to your receipt.

Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. So the money goes back to the card or account you paid with, usually within 5–10 days. Paddle's buyer terms also apply.
